Your Tasks

Campaign Management

  • Identify viral hits on TikTok Shop and integrate them into your campaign planning.
  • Set up and execute diverse campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance for various clients.

Creator Management

  • Expand our creator pools for your clients.
  • Maintain close communication with creators, developing and supporting them.
  • Create creator briefs and ensure smooth execution.

TikTok Shop Strategy

  • Contribute to annual strategies, drive towards goal achievement, and stay informed about market changes in the TikTok Shop world.
  • Learn quickly, actively integrate new trends and features into client work, and become a true specialist over time.

You

  • Experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Creator Management – ideally in an agency or a high-growth environment.
  • No TikTok Shop experience required – but genuine curiosity about the topic and a willingness to take on responsibility quickly.
  • Strong client management skills: Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and actively develop client relationships.
  • Structured, self-reliant work style with a focus on the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels – from operational coordination to client presentations.
