Your Tasks

Creator Sourcing & Onboarding

• Identify and recruit new creators monthly, ensuring alignment with brands, target audiences, and products.
• Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial contact and contract handling to the first post.
• Possess a keen sense for which creator is the right fit for which brand – and which is not.

Creator Management & Communication

• Serve as the central point of contact for multiple affiliates, maintaining relationships, providing clear feedback, and ensuring creator performance.
• Create briefs that not only inform but truly activate creators.
• Coordinate content production, ensuring output quality and adherence to timelines.

Campaign Management

• Plan, set up, and evaluate diverse campaigns for your clients.
• Translate viral TikTok Shop trends into effective campaigns.

Performance & Optimization

• Consistently track creator performance: GMV, affiliate sales – and understand the meaning behind the numbers.
• Derive optimization measures, continuously refine the creator setup, and scale successful strategies.
• Structure and share your learnings with the team to develop new standards collaboratively.

You

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, or Affiliate Marketing – you know how to activate people and foster long-term loyalty.
• No TikTok Shop background is necessary – but a genuine interest in the platform and how creator commerce functions.
• Organizational talent: You can maintain an overview even when managing multiple creators, brands, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills – you can communicate professionally with creators on an equal footing and with clients.
• Data affinity: You enjoy working with numbers and using them to make better decisions.
• Hands-on mentality – you don't wait for instructions; you take initiative.
