About the Role
Glean is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect for our Bangalore team. This role is designed for early-domain talent (recent CS graduates or those looking to switch domains) who aspire to grow into customer-facing, AI-focused technical roles. You will support customer deployment and integration, build skills in cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise architectures, and work alongside experienced Solutions Architects.
You Will
- Serve as a primary technical advisor to commercial and corporate customers, assisting with Glean design and implementation.
- Support onboarding of data sources and integrations, including configuration, validation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Help build and maintain tools, scripts, and templates for easier customer integration.
- Participate in technical investigations, reviewing logs and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery Excellence, AI Outcomes, Support, and Product teams for smooth customer deployments.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and best practices.
- Join customer calls to explain technical setups, capture requirements, and gradually lead conversations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Glean’s platform and take ownership of smaller customer workstreams.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3-5 years of industry experience in software engineering, technical support, solutions engineering/architecture, or professional services (internships, co-ops, or significant academic projects are a plus).
- Proficiency in reading and writing code in Python, Java, or Go (coursework, projects, or internships count).
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON, with an interest in API integration.
- Basic familiarity with cloud concepts (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux command line, and debugging techniques, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Enthusiasm for learning about Enterprise AI, networking, security, and identity management in enterprise environments.
Location
This role is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days a week in our Bangalore office.
