Job Description

As a real estate data entry operator, you will be crucial in maintaining and updating our database with accurate and current records. This remote role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Pay

$26.81 - $29.97 per hour

Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database.
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve data discrepancies.
• Adhere to privacy and data security regulations.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using acquired data.
• Perform secretarial duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is ideal but not required.
• Solid background in data entry or a related field.
• Strong command of real estate terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office suite and data input programs.
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication abilities, especially in a remote team setting.
