The Role: Business Development & Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for digital take-back and recycling solutions in the construction industry.
  • Identify and acquire new business partners and customers in the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for our customers and optimally meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the construction or waste management/recycling industry.
  • Affinity for digital platforms and good technical understanding.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proactive and independent work style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
