The Role: CPA Network Manager
CPA (Cost-Per-Action) partnerships are fundamental to how NoGigiddy delivers value to its audience and generates revenue. As the CPA Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our affiliate networks, curating the most relevant and high-paying offers for our users, and optimizing performance across all campaigns. While a formal degree is not required, a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and a proactive, results-oriented mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks (e.g., HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow).
- Evaluate new offers for quality, relevance, and competitive payouts.
- Negotiate rates and terms with network account managers.
- Monitor offer performance, including EPC (Earnings Per Click), conversion rates, and user complaint trends.
- Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote high-performing offers.
- Ensure all published offers meet NoGigiddy’s quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain a live dashboard tracking active offers, payouts, and network performance.
Requirements
- No degree required.
- Familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for managing external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset; discerning about offer quality.
- Ability to manage multiple network relationships concurrently.
