Social Media & Content Creator (m/f/d)

Your goal is not to simply publish posts, but to create content that generates attention, delivers added value, and reaches our target audiences. You will translate complex topics into understandable content, contribute your own ideas, and help further expand our brand on LinkedIn and other channels. You won't just work through a task list; you will actively help shape the stories we tell and how we are perceived.

Tasks
- You will support the planning, maintenance, and further development of our editorial calendar and keep an overview of our social media activities.
- You will create content for LinkedIn and other channels – from texts to graphics to short videos. You will use modern tools, including AI applications, to implement content efficiently.
- You will prepare complex topics around our products and solutions in an understandable, relevant, and target-group-oriented manner.
- You will manage our community, answer comments and messages, and foster active exchange with our target audience.
- You will support communication around various products and company areas, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
- You will observe current social media trends, formats, and platform developments and bring new ideas for our channels.
- You will analyze the performance of our content and derive optimization potential and recommendations for action.
- You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to make relevant topics visible.
Qualification
- You are a registered student in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a comparable field of study.
- You are enthusiastic about social media and know the specifics of different platforms – especially LinkedIn.
- You have a good feel for language and can formulate content in a relaxed and approachable manner, as well as professionally and in a target-group-oriented way.
- You are interested in digital products, software solutions, and B2B communication. The use of AI tools is natural for you or something you want to actively engage with.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and contribute your own ideas. You enjoy taking responsibility and thinking beyond your tasks.
