About the Role

As a Human Resources Manager within a Veolia Group company, you will support management strategy by proposing appropriate education and training, performance management, staffing plans, succession planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement internal training.
  • Lead engagement-driving actions, sessions, and events.
  • Implement performance evaluation processes.
  • Lead and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Planning and Implementation: Understand talent development needs and, under the supervision of senior management, create and execute training sessions for the company and group affiliates. Collect post-training feedback to improve program content. Plan and implement onboarding training for new graduates. Coordinate training for mid-career hires with external vendors.
  • Engagement Surveys: Conduct engagement surveys (e.g., create questions, set up systems, provide feedback on results). Develop and implement follow-up activities.
  • Special Sessions and Events: Arrange sessions focused on talent development and diversity enhancement with other departments.
  • Other Duties: Support TM Senior Manager with budget management. Collaborate with group companies from a talent management perspective. Liaise with Global HQ and AP HQ teams.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in talent development, organizational development, and training design within a global business environment, including new graduate orientation and talent management experience.
  • Business-level English proficiency (in use or equivalent to TOEIC 850).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
