IT System Administrator & Information Security Specialist (Linux)

Deine Aufgaben (Your Responsibilities)

• You will manage and further develop our Linux systems, which form the backbone of our infrastructure.
• You will take responsibility for various aspects of operational information security, including endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, IDS, SIEM, and more.
• You will support our team at different levels, covering the entire spectrum of IT challenges.
• You will contribute to the development and optimization of our IT processes to best support our growing user base.
• You will drive automation and configuration management (IaC) to increase efficiency and reliability in our environment.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern agile methods like Kanban and Scrum.

Dein Profil (Your Profile)

• You have several years of experience in the administration and operation of Linux systems.
• You have a solid background in operational information security.
• You have experience in 2nd and 3rd level support and enjoy solving a wide variety of technical challenges.
• You possess a strong understanding of computer networks and common protocols (DNS, DHCP, IP, NTP, SSH, etc.).
• You have practical experience in the development and implementation of IT processes.
• You bring knowledge in automation and configuration management (e.g., IaC).
• You work independently and in a structured manner, placing great importance on high-quality standards.
• You speak fluent English.
