Content Production & Management (Podcast & Social Media)

Digital Success guides digitalization leaders in the German industrial mid-market through transformation, using clear language over buzzwords. We have built a robust content ecosystem, including the Digital Success Podcast (over 100 episodes), a bi-weekly newsletter, regular LinkedIn content, and proprietary event formats. Currently, this is all managed by one person, and we're looking to change that. We need someone to independently manage content production, ensuring reliable delivery without every step needing central oversight.

Responsibilities

• Podcast Post-Production: Manage the entire production workflow, from coordinating external editing and audio mastering to writing shownotes, uploading, and publishing episodes.
• Content Management & Recycling: Leverage existing templates and AI-assisted workflows to derive social media posts and newsletter components from podcast episodes and transcripts.
• Editorial Planning: Schedule content releases, manage channel distribution, maintain an overview of all activities, and conduct performance analysis.
• Guest Preparation: Conduct research, coordinate schedules, and provide briefings for upcoming podcast guests.
• Backoffice Support: Organize content assets, handle basic organizational tasks, and support event formats like the AV Innovation Circle and Digital Success Circle.

Important Note: You will work independently and be responsible for bringing tasks to completion, not just starting them.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and/or content creation, particularly on LinkedIn.
• A good sense for clear, readable language within the B2B environment.
• Independent and Reliable Work Ethic: You require minimal supervision and deliver results autonomously.
• Openness to AI Workflows: You are comfortable utilizing existing AI-assisted tools and templates rather than starting from scratch.
• AI Understanding: Basic comprehension of AI capabilities and applications.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: Understanding of digitalization, AI, and the industrial mid-market (Mittelstand).
