About the Role

Cresta is seeking an exceptional Director of Partner Marketing to build and lead our partner marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly visible role where you will own the strategy and execution of scalable partner marketing programs designed to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across ISVs, systems integrators, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances. You will be a key architect of one of Cresta’s fastest-growing and most strategic go-to-market channels, directly impacting pipeline, revenue, and category positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy: Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Cresta’s global partner marketing function, building scalable programs to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Program Design: Design and operationalize a partner marketing model supporting diverse partner types, products, segments, and geographies.
  • Messaging & Collateral: Develop partnership-specific messaging frameworks, joint value propositions, and supporting collateral to enable partners in positioning and selling joint solutions.
  • Enablement Partnership: Collaborate with partner enablement teams to create and govern enablement programs, content hubs, and self-serve resources.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze partner pipeline performance and win/loss dynamics to identify opportunities, remove roadblocks, and unlock new growth within the partner ecosystem.
  • Product Influence: Provide data-driven insights to influence product roadmap priorities based on partner feedback, deal insights, and market opportunities.
  • KPI & Reporting: Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operating cadences to measure partner marketing impact and inform strategic decisions.
  • Workflow Optimization: Partner with RevOps and IT to evolve CRM, PRM, and marketing automation workflows supporting partner motions at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a connector across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships to ensure tight go-to-market alignment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Proven success building and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS partner motions, including ISVs, SIs, GSIs, cloud marketplaces, and strategic alliances.
  • Highly data-driven with deep experience in pipeline metrics, attribution, ROI, and performance reporting.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, build from scratch, and scale programs.
  • Coachable, resilient, and highly motivated to drive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contact center technology or customer experience software.
  • Experience in hypergrowth startups or scale-up environments.
  • Background experience in product marketing or solutions marketing.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 + Equity.
  • Compensation is location-based and reflects experience, skills, education, and geography. Total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
