💼 About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and fluent Interpreter professionals to facilitate seamless communication between English and Thai speakers. This role is crucial for helping people understand each other across various sectors, ensuring clarity and accuracy in every conversation.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret spoken conversations between English and Thai during live calls.
• Translate complex information clearly and accurately across different industries, including healthcare, education, banking, and insurance.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times.
• Complete daily reports and required documentation accurately.

🎓 Comprehensive Training Provided

• Phase 1: First 3 weeks of Day Shift Training.
• Phase 2: Next 4 weeks of Night Shift Training.

✅ Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Thai.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential conversations.
• Technical Requirements:
• Stable internet connection with minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
• Personal laptop, MacBook, or Chromebook with a webcam.
• Mobile phone (Android 13+ or iOS 16+).

💰 Compensation & Contract

• Salary: Starting from RM4,800 per month.
• Contract: 12-Month Renewable Contract.

🕒 Working Hours

• 5–6 working days per week.
• Rotational Night Shift (Malaysia Time).
• Shift start times will be assigned by the operations team and may include:
• 8:00 PM
• 9:00 PM
• 10:00 PM
• 11:00 PM
• 12:00 AM
