Your Responsibilities

  • Support and expand Key Accounts (B2B) in the Defence, Industry, and Electronics sectors.
  • Drive new customer acquisition / Business Development for complex products (displays, camera systems, embedded systems).
  • Provide technical consultation and sales for customized system solutions.
  • Take ownership of the entire Sales Cycle: from acquisition and quoting to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Development, and Product Management teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities within the High-Tech / Defence / Industrial Electronics space.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales, as a Sales Engineer, or Sales Manager (m/f/d) in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Electronics, Embedded Systems, Displays, Optronics, or comparable technologies is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management and new customer acquisition.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong closing ability (Hunter mentality) and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding and aptitude for solution consulting.
