The Role

Veeva Systems leads the cloud industry for life sciences, acting as a true partner to the industry with an end-to-end platform that supports customers from development through commercialization. The growth of Vault CRM is driving future innovations in customer engagement, helping life sciences companies get life-saving treatments to patients faster. In this role, you will make a genuine difference in people's lives globally.

As a Senior Consultant in our European Commercial Services team, you will be at the forefront of supporting the global life sciences shift towards more connected, data-driven, and AI-powered customer relationships. You will collaborate directly with top global pharmaceutical organizations, solving their most critical business challenges by delivering cutting-edge solutions. This involves implementing Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions, as well as managing migrations from SFDC to the Veeva Vault Platform.

You will lead business process due diligence, design and implement robust, scalable solutions, and drive successful projects, potentially serving in roles such as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, or PO/Business Analyst.

The ability to travel domestically and internationally is required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish. The role is ideally based near a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin), but other EU locations will be considered.

What You'll Do

• Own the delivery for implementation and migration projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, and Stream Lead.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize business processes, translating them into actionable, scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organizations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at continuously improving service quality and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, Product Owner.
• Familiarity with CRM ecosystems.
• Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect solutions, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
• Availability to travel approximately 20%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, Salesforce.com Platform, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL, MDL, Python.
• Veeva certification.
• Additional European language(s).
