We invest in our team members to support their long-term growth and empower them to do their best work as their most authentic selves. ### Job Description #### Primary Function of Position * Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business, including the sales process. * Support a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed DaVinci Surgical Systems. * Assist with sales activities within a local geographic area, including case coverage, customer support, product demonstrations, and other clinical selling activities. #### Essential Job Duties * Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop strategies for driving DaVinci Surgical System utilization. * Become an expert on the DaVinci Surgery system across all primary surgical specialties to support the development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. * Support field operations to achieve quarterly sales goals. * Assist with regional sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption. * Responsibly manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales/procedures and outcomes of sales activities. * Serve as a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the DaVinci Surgical System. ### Qualifications #### Required Skills and Experience * Sales experience is recommended. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English. #### Required Education and Training * Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ### Working Conditions * Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent on account distribution. * No disqualification for overseas business trips. *Note: Intuitive is an equal opportunity employer.
