About the Role

As a Strategy Consultant, you will independently manage end-to-end project executions, leading teams of up to three employees in conducting structured analyses and primary research. Your insights will directly inform client recommendations. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, identifying opportunities for relationship building and development. This role requires fostering a high-performance culture within your team, guiding junior colleagues, and overseeing project execution. You will lead workshops, present practical solutions for lasting results, and operate effectively in complex, dynamic contexts, providing operational support through rigorous analysis.

Furthermore, you will actively contribute your ideas to the company's growth, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods, and consulting approaches alongside the Strategy in Action team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions.
• Lead a team of up to 3 employees, guiding structured analyses and primary research.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and identify business development opportunities.
• Foster a high-performance team culture and guide junior colleagues' development.
• Lead workshops and present practical, insight-driven recommendations.
• Manage complex projects and provide operational support through analysis structuring.
• Contribute innovative ideas to company development, including technologies, methods, and consulting approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent strategy experience in a reputable organization.
• Education: Master's degree from a top university with an outstanding academic record (technical background is advantageous); an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• Performance: Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements.
• Influence: Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

• Languages: Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Travel: Availability for international travel.

• Contract Type: Full-time, permanent.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based annual bonus (up to 30%).
