The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Health Information Systems Sales Account Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting our HIS product portfolio and managing customer relationships across Southern Italy. You will identify new sales needs, conduct user training, report market insights, and collaborate with the HIS Italy Team to enhance sales and product quality. This role is key to expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Solid Sales OR Consultant experience with stakeholder interaction in both public and private healthcare sectors.
  • Strong Commercial attitude and ability to liaise with Hospital Customers at Management level.
  • Knowledge of clinical data management software and good understanding of International classification systems for Diagnoses and Procedures.
  • Proven digital competences and IT skills (AWS, MS Access, SQL and Oracle ideally).
  • Very good English knowledge, excellent time keeping and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote sales and support the HIS product portfolio.
  • Effectively manage assigned and future customers located in the South of Italy (Campania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicilia).
  • Manage end-user training and education using various remote and live software tools.
  • Identify new sales needs and applications to continuously develop the customer base.
  • Proactively report market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance to supervisors and Marketing.
  • Interact with business groups to identify target audiences and provide input for communication plans.
  • Collaborate with the HIS Italy Team to improve sales and product quality.

Work Location

  • Remote within the south of Italy (Campania, Puglia, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria).
  • Travel: at least 50% of working time.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected Compensation Range: € 54,400 - € 74,800 annually (target total cash compensation, including target variable pay).
