Our sales model integrates human expertise with AI automations for research and initial qualification, enabling our deal handlers to focus on strategic decision-making and client engagement. We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our inbound sales pipeline from initial contact through to signature.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, responding within a 2-hour SLA, performing BANT/CHAMP qualification, and filtering out inquiries with no real potential (inbound-focused, not cold-calling).
  • Independently manage deals in the EUR 50–200k range end-to-end, including discovery calls, pricing with the delivery team, negotiations, and closing.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive, ensuring up-to-date stages, no overdue actions, and a clean forecast for leadership.
  • Handle public-sector inquiries (RFPs, tenders, technical dialogues) in collaboration with the proposal team.
  • Co-create the sales process by working with AI automations, identifying areas for improvement, and designing qualification mechanisms (e.g., pricing-leverage assessment before proposal).
  • Report risks and status directly to the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience selling IT services (software house, product agency, technical consulting), with a clear understanding of the difference between body leasing and product development.
  • Experience closing deals of at least EUR 50–100k independently.
  • C1+ English proficiency (spoken and written) for calls and negotiations. German language skills are a strong plus due to a steady flow of DACH leads.
  • Resilience to rejection and the ability to set boundaries, knowing when to push for a decision and when to close a deal as lost.
  • CRM fluency and openness to working in a heavily automated environment where AI is a co-worker.
  • Nice to have: Experience with public tenders/RFPs, familiarity with the Gulf market.
