Senior Brand Manager (Specialty Care)

About the Role

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a central role in a growing marketing team, actively contributing to the strategic development of a key Specialty Care portfolio. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, short communication channels, and the opportunity to exert visible influence on both strategic and operational levels. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Specialty Care offerings, particularly in Biosimilar/Biologics.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and implement local brand and marketing strategies.
• Take responsibility for Brand Plans, Business Plans, campaigns, and KPI tracking.
• Steer marketing initiatives targeting specialist physician groups, focusing on Dermatology and Pneumology.
• Actively advance the development of the Specialty Care portfolio, with a focus on Biosimilars/Biologics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and international interfaces.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitor information to derive concrete action plans.
• Manage external agencies and service providers.
• Plan and execute congresses, events, and Healthcare Professional (HCP) communication.
• Manage budgets and monitor the success of marketing activities.
• Develop innovative approaches for market differentiation.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical Brand Management / Product Management.
• Solid Rx experience, ideally in Dermatology, Pneumology, Immunology, Specialty Care, Biologics, or Biosimilars.
• Demonstrable experience in strategic brand management and independent project management.
• Experience with launch, lifecycle, or portfolio topics is advantageous.
• Proficient in agency management, campaign development, congresses, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working.
