Your Focus:

• Shop Management
• Landing Pages
• Analytics

Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Oversee and operationally execute all activities within our online shop.
• Landing Page Creation: Independently conceptualize and build landing pages directly in Shopify or using relevant page builder tools.
• Data & Content Management: Manage all aspects of assortment, content, and product data maintenance.
• Inventory Management: Take ownership of operational inventory management.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create weekly reports and ad-hoc analyses on shop performance.
• CRM & Campaigns: Support the planning and conception of email marketing activities in Klaviyo, as well as product launches and promotions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of all online shop content.
• E-Comm Content Shooting: Assist in planning and executing e-commerce content shoots.
• On-site Support: Provide operational support and assistance with tasks in the office.

Qualifications

• Education: Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and/or studies.
• Landing Page/Shop Expertise: Proven experience in building landing pages with a strong sense for aesthetics and digital processes.
• Tool Stack: Proficiency with Shopify is essential; experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Extremely structured, conscientious, and meticulous approach to work.
• Language Skills: Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
