You are a technology enthusiast with a passion for MSR technology and are looking for an exciting challenge? Then you've come to the right place! As an Engineer for MSR Technology (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in the automation and control of energy facilities. You will be responsible for MSR and control technology, oversee the commissioning of automation systems, and optimize control and regulation processes.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Responsibility & Operations
- Ensure the operational integrity of facilities with a focus on maintenance, upkeep, and optimization of MSR and control technology systems.
- Specify, select, and equip MSR and control technology components, electrical, and control systems.
- Develop and design switching and automation systems in accordance with relevant standards.
Commissioning & Acceptance
- Accompany factory and plant acceptance tests, including documentation review with a focus on future plant operation.
- Ensure smooth commissioning, analyze errors and defects, and optimize systems.
Interface Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate internal and external interfaces, including OT security.
- Provide technical and commercial support to suppliers, customers, and partners.
Fault Management & Documentation
- Analyze and resolve faults, and continuously maintain and update technical documentation.
- Create, update, and manage operational standards and approval documents.
Project Support & Planning
- Support the project management team in repairs, modernizations, and new installations in the MSR technology sector.
- Review concepts, calculations, tenders, and plans, up to supporting construction supervision and project evaluation.
Your Qualifications
Technical Qualification
- Completed degree in Automation Technology, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, a technician/master craftsman with an electrical engineering background and expertise in building automation.
Regulations & Standards
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards, laws, and regulations in the field.
Operations & Organization
- Experience in operating MSR and control technology systems, including maintenance, upkeep, and optimization (especially control and regulation processes).
- Strong organizational skills.
IT Skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of SCADA and automation systems.
Personal Skills
- Self-directed work ethic, teamwork ability, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.
