Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our expanding business. You will be instrumental in running campaigns, creating engaging content, and helping more pet parents discover the benefits of Lassie. This is a prime opportunity to join a high-performing team, take end-to-end ownership of projects, and influence our growth strategy as we scale.

Please note: This position is office-based, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite. Relocation support is not provided.

Tasks

Intro to the role in brief

You will collaborate closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and Growth Team to bring the Lassie brand to life across various channels. As a Marketing Intern, you will gain practical, hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, and community engagement while contributing to real campaigns and projects. At Lassie, we champion a 'learning by doing' philosophy, offering you the chance to take ownership, share your ideas, and develop valuable marketing skills in a creative, curious, and initiative-driven startup environment.

In this role, you will:

• Create engaging content for our social media platforms, app, website, and other channels.
• Manage community interactions and engage with our followers.
• Support influencer and content marketing initiatives.
• Assist with various marketing activities, including email marketing, PR, SEO, and podcast production.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in startups and the ability to thrive in an upbeat environment.
• Must-have: Fluency in both German and English.
• Well-structured and accurate in task execution.
• Social, creative, and a strong team player.
• Preferred: Some experience with essential marketing tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, InDesign, etc.
