Located in the heart of Schwabing, we provide in-depth training: approximately one year of experience in any online marketing discipline is sufficient. We will teach you the rest, offering structured learning under the direct guidance of experienced professionals.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Contribute to campaign setup and ongoing optimization.
• Gradually take ownership of individual client accounts for real brands, progressing towards fully independent management.
• Strategically develop client accounts, evolving from an executor to a trusted sparring partner.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Approximately one year of professional experience in online marketing (discipline is flexible).
• A meticulous, self-driven work ethic with a passion for working with data.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Munich, with very good German language skills.
