Text Admin (Content Composer)

We are seeking a Text Admin (Content Composer) to join a project within the document services department of a large insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, conception, and implementation of complex text requirements, as well as the administration of the corresponding print systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze, conceptualize, and implement complex text requirements.
• Program new text modules and their logic.
• Program print control (e.g., inserts, conditions).
• Maintain, set up, modify, and delete text modules, print controls, and their logic.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and approve tests for all newly implemented correspondences for practical use.
• Create complex technical analyses and concepts as a basis for decision proposals.
• Determine qualified effort estimates and efficient solution paths within your area of responsibility.
• Lead sub-projects within your assigned area of responsibility.
• Create, review, and adapt quality assurance measures for existing and offer texts (e.g., layout, CD/CI guidelines).
• Support, advise, and train specialist departments regarding the functionalities of the print and text systems.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and administer daily tasks, as well as perform malfunction analysis in the print and text system.
• Coordinate changes and expansions of existing print systems.
• Identify and analyze concepts for optimizing workflows in the Content Composer Tool.
• Create presentations, specialist department information, and training materials.

Must-Have Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of formatting in MS Word.
• Experience in analyzing document specifications and their technical implementation.
• Good understanding of C#-based scripting languages.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good German language skills (spoken and written).
• Good English language skills (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with Hyland ContentComposer or comparable document creation systems.
• Programming experience in C and C++.
• Experience in project work in various roles.
• Experience in creating technical analyses and concepts for complex text requirements.

Additional Information

The project will be conducted in a hybrid model: Knowledge transfer will take place on-site in Nuremberg for the first two months, after which remote work will be possible.
