About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Software Development, Product Management, and Platform Services. This pivotal role is responsible for the conceptualization, implementation, and maintenance of our customer-facing system landscape and technologies. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient interaction between our clients and their customers by leveraging innovative technological solutions that enhance usability, support growth, and optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the conception, implementation, and maintenance of the customer-facing system landscape and technologies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive system strategy focused on customer satisfaction.
Ensure the availability of customer systems for order processing.
Collaborate closely with other departments and key clients to understand their requirements.
Identify new trends and technologies in industry-specific systems to gain a competitive advantage.
Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for the development, implementation, and support of customer systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
Proven experience in a leadership position within Platform Services, Customer Systems, and/or Software Development.
Professional experience as a Department Head/Head of Software Development in a medium-sized company with a focus on ERP/Order Systems/E-Commerce/Shop Systems.
Visionary thinking regarding product requirements and customer needs, from conception to technical implementation.
Strong interest in technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive innovation and provide exceptional customer service through effective systems and technologies.
