Your Tasks

• Daily Deployment Planning: Assign and prioritize tasks for installation teams each morning.
• First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for site-related inquiries, providing quick, solution-oriented support.
• Team & Resource Planning: Manage the scheduling and resource allocation for installation teams.
• Site Briefings & Technical Clarification: Conduct site introductions and handle technical clarifications and coordination both on-site and remotely.
• Schedule Coordination: Manage timelines and communication with customers, installers, service providers, and suppliers.
• Material Availability & Documentation: Ensure necessary materials are available and manage the creation and handover of project documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical education or strong technical understanding in the field of PV / Electrical / Construction.
• Experience in construction site or installation coordination is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, decisiveness, and the ability to manage parallel projects calmly.
• Clear, reliable communication with your team and customers.
• Very good German language skills; valid driver's license Class B or BE.
