Staff Software Engineer, Integrations Platform

About the Role

Fixify's Integrations Platform is more than just a system; it's the foundation and the community. It encompasses the architectural patterns, the Software Development Kits (SDKs), and the abstractions that our talented team develops, alongside the actual integrations that seamlessly connect with customer ticketing, identity, knowledge, and endpoint systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core framework and SDKs for the Integrations Platform.
• Build and manage a diverse range of integrations across various customer systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the Integrations Platform.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for the platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on platform development.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience with building and managing SDKs.
• Familiarity with customer ticketing, identity, knowledge, and endpoint systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
