Job Summary

As the Director, Enterprise Marketing, you will lead the global execution of Avid's B2B marketing plans, with a specialized focus on Account Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX), email marketing, and event management. You will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, sales, customer success, and channel partners to ensure marketing efforts contribute to retaining and growing existing and new customer relationships. Your success will be measured by delivering high-quality leads, leveraging intent signals to expand buying committees, influencing pipeline, and accelerating closed/won deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company business objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and channel partner teams to ensure marketing strategies support retention and growth goals, including integrated campaigns and joint initiatives.
  • Oversee field marketing to ensure effective execution of regional strategies tailored to local markets and target segments.
  • Lead the development and execution of ABM/ABX strategies targeting high-value accounts and segments, driving engagement and conversions to expand buying committees and identify new logo opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective email marketing strategies to support customer engagement and growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing initiative effectiveness, cultivate a performance-driven team culture, and provide regular reporting and analytics to the executive team.

  • Strong engagement rates on campaign touchpoints.
  • Continuous optimization of marketing-influenced pipeline and accelerated deal close rates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated experience aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to achieve company goals.
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent, influencing sales and other stakeholders to adopt modern marketing strategies and practices.
  • Strong background in developing and executing successful Account-Based Marketing / Experience (ABM/ABX) strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for assessing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs, specifically Salesforce.com, 6sense, and Marketo.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel.

Compensation

  • Pay Range (CAD): $112,796 - $169,194
  • Pay Range (USD): $127,720 - $191,580

Note: The salary range is a good faith target range. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, education, and business needs. Offers are typically made within the lower to middle portion of the range.
