About the Role

As part of our Project Management team, you will play a central role in steering and implementing web-based software solutions within the public transport sector (ÖPNV). You will be the crucial interface between our customers and the development team, ensuring the successful execution of both customer-facing and internal development projects. We are looking for a dedicated team player who enjoys taking responsibility and actively shaping the future of public transport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, steer, and implement software projects in the public transport environment.
• Manage existing customer relationships and actively expand key accounts and new client relationships.
• Gather, coordinate, and structure customer requirements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for the development team.
• Organize and moderate collaboration between customers and the development team.
• Document requirements, processes, and project outcomes.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of newly developed features.
• Utilize and maintain ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Actively contribute to the improvement of internal projects and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for software projects.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to take responsibility and drive projects forward.
• Experience in the public transport (ÖPNV) sector is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work at least 50% of your time, full-time preferred.
• Team spirit, innovative ideas, and a good sense of humor.
