Your Role

You will be the organizational control center, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This role involves holistic project management, guiding projects through their entire lifecycle rather than handling isolated tasks. You will be the central point of contact between clients, the development team, and management.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Participate in tenders and collaboratively create comprehensive IT proposals.
• Maintain Scrum boards, track tickets and status, clarify open points with developers, and prepare for sprints.
• Coordinate and lead client meetings, often with a developer or project lead, including preparation, minutes, and follow-up.
• Assist with software testing and acceptance, gaining a deep understanding of projects.
• Generate monthly invoices and maintain records and documentation.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in project coordination, project assistance, proposal management, or procurement.
• A project-oriented mindset with the ability to manage the entire project lifecycle from offer to acceptance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Confident and friendly communication style for client interactions.
• Strong technical affinity: Ability to understand project content, IT proposals, and software testing conceptually (programming skills are not required).
• Fluent German language skills (C1/C2) as project communication is primarily in German.
• Proficient in MS Office; willingness to learn and utilize modern AI tools.
• Experience with Scrum or agile methodologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
