As an Enterprise Select Customer Success Manager, you will build upon the work of our Services team, partnering with our largest and most intricate customers to maximize their long-term value from Samsara. Your strategic guidance will directly influence the safety of thousands of frontline workers and the efficiency of global supply chains. This role involves leading a fundamental shift in how customers view technology, positioning Samsara as the strategic platform for their entire operation. You will architect joint success plans, define critical objectives and metrics, and gameplan new workflows to ensure our largest partners achieve their multi-year business goals. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to influence mission-critical initiatives and Samsara’s long-term roadmap.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $97,877.50—$131,600 USD (dependent on city of residence).
