(Senior) Consultant - Construction & Infrastructure

About the Role

As a (Senior) Consultant in Construction & Infrastructure at M2P, you will do more than just traditional consulting. You will independently take on project responsibility and benefit from development opportunities up to the partner level. Responsibilities

What you will achieve with us:

• Increase client efficiency through analysis, redesign, and targeted process definition.
• Implement new solutions that are perfectly tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Develop practical solutions with clients using well-founded concepts and strategies.
• Facilitate engaging workshops, identify needs, and create clarity for the next steps.
• Take responsibility for work packages and act as a sub-project manager, including technical leadership.
• Drive digital transformation pragmatically, purposefully, and effectively.
• Deepen your expertise in focus areas and expand it through diverse, interdisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• A successfully completed degree in Engineering or a comparable field, with both technical and commercial understanding.
• Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
• One to several years of consulting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Familiarity with HOAI and VOB standards.
