Your New Role

Voilà, so your new job looks like this!

Your responsibilities will encompass HR (60-70%) and payroll processing (30-40%). This includes creating employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and references, while also monitoring deadlines. For approximately 500 employees, you will prepare salary and wage calculations, including allowances (even for part-time employees), and initiate payments. You will also manage reporting and certification processes and serve as the point of contact for social security and pension insurance providers. You will be a competent and friendly contact person for the employees you support. Additionally, you will advise management on labor, tax, and social security law issues, and finally, you will be responsible for creating monthly statistics.

Your Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Good mood, desire for nice colleagues, and teamwork!
• You should have professional experience either in payroll accounting or in HR administration, ideally in both areas. If you don't have experience in one of the two areas, you will be trained in it.
• You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
• We are happy to forgo the usual personal attributes for this position and want to get to know you as a person. The most important thing initially is that you enjoy working with nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to develop professionally.
