Your responsibilities will encompass HR (60-70%) and payroll processing (30-40%). This includes creating employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and references, while also monitoring deadlines. For approximately 500 employees, you will prepare salary and wage calculations, including allowances (even for part-time employees), and initiate payments. You will also manage reporting and certification processes and serve as the point of contact for social security and pension insurance providers. You will be a competent and friendly contact person for the employees you support. Additionally, you will advise management on labor, tax, and social security law issues, and finally, you will be responsible for creating monthly statistics.
