Your Role
- Strategic Client Leadership: Strategically and operationally manage clients from various industries, typically in a team of two to three. Act as a true sparring partner at eye level with your clients, whether C-level, Head of Communications, or Inhouse PR Manager: you think ahead, advise proactively, and are not just an order taker.
- High-Level Press Relations: Develop creative, editorially thought-out PR stories and pitch them individually to journalists.
- At the Forefront of AI: Actively work with our internal AI stack. Research, pitch preparation, topic scouting – where machines are faster, we let them do the work. You invest the time saved in substance, relationships, and creativity.
- Targeted Performance: Work with clear KPIs and actively contribute to success through daily media contact and close client support.
- Active Networking: Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists from key media outlets in the DACH region and Europe.
Who You Are
- 3 years of operational PR experience on agency or in-house side (e.g., as a (Junior) PR Consultant, PR Advisor, or Communications Manager with a PR focus) with demonstrable placements in leading German media.
- You have worked with your own clients and managed them strategically and operationally.
- You understand how different media outlets operate and can develop precise, journalistically viable stories from complex topics.
- You have a well-maintained network of journalists and know how to build and nurture trusting relationships.
- You value personal responsibility as much as team cohesion and want to contribute to a team where knowledge is openly shared.
- AI is a network for you, not a threat. You have already worked with LLMs or AI workflows and are excited to work with and help shape our system.
- You speak German at a C2 level, can communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany.
