The Role: System Planner / Specialist Planner (w/m/d) for Technical Building Equipment (Heating, Sanitary, Climate, or Ventilation Technology)

Our client is a medium-sized, expanding engineering firm located in North Rhine-Westphalia, between Aachen and Cologne. They provide national and international support to clients on major industrial projects in the areas of Technical Building Equipment and Project Management. The focus is on planning industrial and commercial projects, with sustainability themes like heat recovery from industrial processes, hydrogen utilization, and CO2 reduction being crucial planning aspects. An integrated architecture department ensures the full spectrum of planning is covered.
Responsibilities
- Planning and concept development for Technical Building Equipment for national large-scale projects.
- Planning across all phases of HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) for Technical Building Equipment.
- Planning of heating, sanitary, climate, or ventilation systems for commercial and industrial large-scale projects.
- Creation of detailed plans for specific trades.
- Direct coordination with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
- Preparation of inquiry specifications and comparison of offers.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in technical system planning or a comparable technical qualification.
- Experience in Technical Building Equipment in one or more trades (heating, sanitary, climate, ventilation technology) for commercial and/or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of project execution according to HOAI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Trimble Nova, or comparable TGA planning software is advantageous.
- Strong team and communication skills, along with a structured and precise work approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
