About the Role

As a Technical Preparator, you will play a crucial role in the technical preparation of industrial applications and large parts. You will be responsible for ensuring the feasibility of projects, developing technical solutions, and managing customer projects from planning to successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Technical work preparation with a focus on industrial applications and large parts, including checking contracts and customer specifications for feasibility.
• Independently conduct feasibility studies, request necessary customer documentation, and create orders in the Oracle system.
• Develop, design, and graphically elaborate fixture concepts, as well as create testing documents and instructions.
• Holistically manage projects through direct exchange with customers, both by phone and on-site, accompanying them from planning to successful implementation.
• Act as a central interface to clarify technical issues internally, support production, and actively drive the optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Review offers, support suppliers, process complaints in collaboration with internal interfaces, and take on representative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a state-certified technician in the field of manufacturing, process, or design engineering.
• Several years of experience in technical order processing, enabling you to handle complex projects in a structured and reliable manner.
• Fluent German and good English language skills, used confidently and appropriately in the professional environment.
• Ideally, knowledge of thermal coating and experience with MS Office and Oracle.
• Familiarity with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks, complementing your technical profile.
• An independent, responsible work style and the ability to think in a process-oriented manner.
