Our work is diverse and meaningful, encompassing outpatient and day care, integration assistance, residential youth care, transport services, first aid training, and a multi-generational center.

Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Administration, further development, and documentation of our IT infrastructure across the entire association area.
• Support of our server, network, and telephony environments.
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and data security of our systems.
• Monitoring and maintenance of the system landscape and ongoing processes.
• Error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Performing updates, upgrades, and data backups.
• Planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Administration and support of specialized applications in the social and healthcare sector.
• Assisting our employees with the setup and use of PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Contributing to the further development and implementation of IT security concepts.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, system integration, or a comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows Servers and Active Directory.
• Experience with networks, firewalls, and security solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware, is an advantage.
• Interest in open-source solutions and Linux systems.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and patience in dealing with users.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) for occasional use in our facilities.
