About Us

Hebamme Isabelle is one of Germany's most recognized midwives. Through Instagram, online courses, and a book, we reach thousands of families daily. We are a small, remote-working team with genuine reach and growing influence. You won't be working for an anonymous corporation, but directly with a person whose face and voice are the brand. Decisions are made quickly, your own ideas are welcome, and your work is immediately visible.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the direct contact person for Isabelle, assisting her in continuing to deliver high-quality content.
  • Coordinate collaborations independently: review inquiries, align conditions, coordinate timings, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar, schedule and publish posts, and keep track of deadlines.
  • Monitor the performance of our channels, regularly analyze insights, and derive concrete conclusions for our content.
  • Have a feel for current social media trends and know how to integrate them meaningfully into an established channel without diluting the brand.
  • Create simple graphics in Canva and perform basic video editing for Reels.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in influencer or cooperation management, preferably on Instagram.
  • Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Edits, Final Cut, or Premiere).
  • Experience with editorial planning and content scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills for dealing with external partners and brands.
  • Self-directed, structured work style without constant need for supervision.
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Interest in the topics of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Nice to Have:

  • Own content creation experience (personal channel, agency, or freelance projects).
  • Experience with project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana.
  • Knowledge in the areas of health, midwifery, or family topics.
