About the Role
The Senior Advertising Manager's primary responsibility is to work client-facing, managing, optimizing, reporting on, and presenting full funnel marketing campaigns for a specific book of commerce clients. In this role, you will work directly with a variety of large Brands across multiple global Amazon markets and different product categories. You will also play a major role in crafting budget strategies, driving sales, and enhancing brand awareness on Amazon, Walmart, and other commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own Amazon search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clients.
- Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client’s business.
- Proactively research industry trends and best practices and communicate internally for knowledge sharing.
- Engage frequently and professionally with clients via email/slack, phone, and in-person video meetings.
- Utilize strategic thinking, detail-oriented execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives.
- Utilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performance.
- Mentor more junior Advertising Managers.
The Essentials
- Amazon Performance Advertising experience with knowledge of developing strategic full funnel strategies to grow brands.
- 4+ years’ experience with Amazon digital advertising, with an emphasis on paid search and display advertising.
- Strong large-client facing experience.
- Amazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hire.
- Experience with Amazon SaaS Advertising Technologies.
- Advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or Google Slides, Docs and Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic capabilities.
- Multitasking expertise with the ability to organize projects and establish priorities.
Not a Must, But a Plus
- Agency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising, Amazon Demand Side Platform, and Amazon search.
- Adept at learning new software programs and tools and incorporating AI into workflows.
- Experience using bid management tools.
- Additional marketplace experience such as Walmart, Target, Instacart.

- This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
