About the Company

We are exclusively recruiting for a traditional, family-run production company in the FMCG sector, located in the Lake Constance region.

Responsibilities

  • Assume overall technical responsibility for the production sites, managing a team of approximately 20 employees across mechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance, and purchasing.
  • Build and implement a preventive maintenance strategy across both locations.
  • Directly lead an interdisciplinary team of 20 people (mechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance, purchasing).
  • Plan, steer, and execute technical investment and optimization projects.
  • Collaborate closely with site management, acting as the technical link to production.
  • Proactively participate in site-wide TPM and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree or master craftsman/technician qualification (mechanics, electrical engineering, production technology, or similar).
  • Several years of leadership experience in technical or maintenance management within a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in establishing or further developing preventive maintenance systems.
  • Hands-on mentality with shop floor presence.
  • Experience with TPM, Lean methods, or comparable continuous improvement programs.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, safety, and hygiene regulations (experience in the food sector is a plus).
