The Role: Onboarding Specialist I

This hybrid role, based out of Kansas City, MO; Springfield, MO; or St. Charles, MO (requiring at least two days per week in the office), supports the Intake team by educating patients and caregivers, managing required documents, and conducting brief orientations to ensure seamless coordination for the start of care.

Every Day You Will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers, supporting the completion of eligibility and employment paperwork.
  • Manage cases effectively by responding to emails, chatter, and voicemails within a 3-hour timeframe.
  • Achieve monthly standards to enroll a minimum of 40% of caregivers based on state guidelines.
  • Navigate multiple systems to complete the enrollment process.
  • Maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and compliance expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education / Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel as required.
  • Self-starter personality with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability and discipline to work remotely as required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
