What You Will Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay current with evolving tools and technology.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
  • Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Native Swedish and good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
