About the Role
Fivetran is scaling its co-selling efforts with Systems Integration partners and is looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the team in France. This full-time, remote position focuses on developing, maintaining, and executing processes to support Fivetran sales teams in co-selling with partners. The goal is to accelerate sales engagements, improve customer experience, and drive mutual revenue growth. The Alliances team is instrumental to Fivetran's go-to-market strategy, and this role is key to aligning with strategic partners.

- Partner sales portals, Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Systems Integration Partner Managers to understand and enhance co-sell processes for each partner, focusing on sales enablement resources, system automation, and analytical insights.
- Proactively identify target accounts and customers for Fivetran sales teams to engage with at Systems Integration partners.
- Facilitate and secure account discussions with partner sales counterparts.
- Define, maintain, and improve co-sell operational components, including sales resources, system automation, and analytical insights.
- Connect Fivetran sales and partner sales teams to ensure solution selling and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Focus on growing revenue and pipeline across both Fivetran and its Systems Integration Partners.
- Assist in managing the sales relationship with Systems Integration Partners, acting as a liaison between internal teams and partner sales.
Skills We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development within a technology company.
- Basic understanding of data integration technologies and partnership dynamics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing partner interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and scale support for a growing number of Fivetran sales executives.
