Senior Data Analyst - Revenue Strategy

NetBrain, the pioneer in no-code network automation, is looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Strategy, Data & Analytics team. As the "GTM brain trust," this team is responsible for shaping our annual operating plan, interpreting market signals, and establishing accurate revenue forecasts. You will play a critical role in converting product telemetry and pipeline data into actionable intelligence that drives our go-to-market strategy, serving as the single source of truth for revenue across our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Ownership: Lead the AOP process, including quota setting, capacity modeling, territory design, and segment-level planning, translating strategic objectives into a detailed go-to-market plan with clear assumptions.
  • Forecasting Excellence: Execute weekly revenue forecasts using the commit/best/worst methodology, synthesizing signals from Gong, pipeline movement, and coverage ratios to produce accurate and defensible revenue predictions.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop and maintain models for propensity-to-close, churn, and expansion, utilizing product usage telemetry and firmographic data to proactively identify risks and opportunities before they are reflected in lagging CRM metrics.
  • Data Architecture: Architect and maintain the revenue data warehouse, ensuring identity resolution across product, marketing, CRM, and support data sources to create a unified GTM data layer.
  • Customer Segmentation: Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) based on network complexity, device count, and change velocity. Own Total Addressable Market (TAM) sizing and segment definitions.
  • AI Integration: Intentionally leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate analytics, surface critical insights, and streamline GTM workflows, thereby amplifying seller productivity and reducing time-to-insight.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership to build self-service reporting capabilities and foster data-driven decision-making throughout the GTM organization.
  • Metric Definition: Define, document, and maintain key revenue metrics and their calculation logic, establishing them as the definitive source of truth for the business.

What You Bring

  • 6-8 years of experience in revenue analytics, sales/marketing data science, or a similar function within a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience owning an annual operating plan or quota-setting process, with hands-on involvement in capacity modeling and territory design.
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency for complex analytical tasks (including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization) and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including SOQL, object relationships, custom reporting, and data quality management.
  • Hands-on forecasting experience using the commit/best/worst methodology; familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Gong.
  • Experience building predictive models (e.g., propensity-to-close, churn, expansion) using Python or R.
  • Strong working knowledge of GTM segmentation, including ICP scoring, TAM sizing, and firmographic/technographic modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-facing narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience integrating product usage/telemetry data into revenue models is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with identity resolution across disparate GTM data sources (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, product, support) is preferred.
  • Prior experience applying AI/ML to GTM workflows (e.g., automated insight generation, NLP on call transcripts, workflow automation) is preferred.
  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers for computer use.
  • Stationary Tasks: Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: An estimated base salary range of $130,000 - $155,000, plus bonus opportunities. Actual salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market conditions and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process.
