Position Overview

As a Customer Adoption Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers' success with Autodesk Tandem, from onboarding and implementation through to full adoption. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows, help them adapt these to leverage Tandem, and develop strategies to expand its usage.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the onboarding, implementation, and adoption phases of Autodesk Tandem.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer workflows and assist them in adapting these processes to effectively utilize Autodesk Tandem.
  • Develop comprehensive Customer Success plans and execute adoption strategies to maximize the use of Autodesk Tandem.
  • Design and implement innovative engagement methods across various platforms to drive customer adoption.
  • Create and deliver diverse content and training materials for customers, both online and in person.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into published workflow solutions and best practices.
  • Work with customers to accelerate their business goals by improving business processes, maximizing technology investments, and demonstrating the benefits of process change.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to procure, articulate, and publish compelling customer success stories.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Technology Management, AEC-O Industry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Experience managing Owner/Operator relationships and understanding project delivery practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the built asset lifecycle and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • 5+ years of experience in customer implementation, support, or an equivalent customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present and engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in conveying complex workflows coherently to diverse audiences (live or virtual).
  • A strong work ethic, commitment to high-quality standards, and a passion for creating excellent customer experiences.
