As a Senior Onboarding Client Services Specialist within our Employe of Record division, you will be central to delivering seamless, compliant, and memorable onboarding experiences for both customers and their employees. You will engage with a wide spectrum of clients, from startups to global enterprises, and collaborate with international colleagues across various departments. This role offers exposure to global employment practices, the chance to influence onboarding processes at scale, and the ability to see the direct impact of your work. What You Bring

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., solutions consulting, onboarding, service delivery), with HR professional services or operations experience being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices, with added value for global employment landscape knowledge.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Customer Success, Operations) for exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Experience designing and managing customer workflows and project implementation plans.
  • Skilled in managing escalations and resolving complex customer challenges collaboratively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using SaaS platforms to deliver excellent client experiences.
  • Polished, professional demeanor and confidence in customer-facing interactions.
  • A process-improvement mindset, with experience leveraging automation or integrations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, distributed environment.
  • Commitment to documentation and asynchronous workflows.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams on all onboarding matters, providing expertise on global compliant onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding processes for enterprise clients requiring tailored workflows or high-touch support.
  • Execute and evaluate employee onboardings to enhance service quality and communication.
  • Manage service delivery for onboarding operations, responding to customers and employees via the Help Desk or partnering with Customer Care.
  • Provide support for all onboarding-related questions and issues for companies and employees.
  • Collaborate with Customer Operations, Customer Care, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to ensure best-in-class client support and meet SLAs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge base, documentation, and FAQs for onboarding operations.
  • Partner with Mobility, Lifecycle, Benefits, and Payroll teams for a seamless client and employee experience.
  • Gather customer and employee feedback to identify opportunities for onboarding process improvement.
