As a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our entire marketing at Omnora, from content and performance to marketing automation and everything else that comes up. You will work closely with our external agency, gradually take on more responsibility, and in the medium term, become the central figure managing our marketing. We don't have a well-established marketing team or a senior dictating everything – but we do have plenty of room for you to explore topics independently and find your own solutions. How you can make an impact

  • Omni-Channel Marketing: Develop and manage campaigns across all channels – from paid ads and organic content to ABM approaches on LinkedIn.
  • Content & Formats: Continuously test, analyze results, and determine which content and formats truly perform with our target audiences – data-based, not gut feeling.
  • Agency Lead: Be the central point of contact for our marketing agency, brief campaigns, provide feedback, and ensure results are delivered.
  • Marketing Infrastructure: Build a scalable infrastructure – from HubSpot automation and lead tracking to reliable reporting.
  • Data & Numbers: Build a dashboard showing our key marketing KPIs at a glance. Interpret the numbers, identify patterns, and derive concrete optimizations – data is your most important tool, not just a reporting obligation.
  • AI & Automation: Actively use AI tools to automate processes – from content production to personalized campaigns.

Skills to be successful

  • Academic Background: Degree from a top university or with above-average grades in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar – or you are close to graduating.
  • First Marketing Touchpoints: Initial practical experience through internships, personal projects, or working student roles – ideally in the tech, SaaS, or startup environment. Not mandatory, but a clear plus.
  • Exploration Instinct instead of Comfort Zone: You acquire new topics independently, actively seek solutions, and don't let a closed door stop you – you find a way around it.
  • Creative Eye: You have a feel for appealing design and can also create visuals yourself that stand out in the feed. Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Data Affinity: Everything is measured and tracked. You are not afraid of dashboards and KPIs but use them as a compass for your daily work. Numbers are the basis for every decision for you, not an annoying chore.
  • Communication Skills: You have a feel for language and messages that resonate – whether for LinkedIn posts or internal meetings. Fluent English is a plus.
