What You’ll Do

• Fragrance Development: Support the end-to-end product development process for fragrance formulas, including fragrance house assessment, technical briefing, testing, result analysis, tech transfer, and launch preparation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Packaging Development, Project Management, Product Marketing, Creative, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product development.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and excellent product launches.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong communication and relationships with contract manufacturers and fragrance houses.
• Technical & Category Expertise: Stay current with fragrance industry trends, technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with relevant teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must Haves

• 3-5+ years of product development experience in the cosmetics industry, with specific fragrance development experience required.
• Specialty training in perfumery required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant scientific discipline required. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated organizational agility, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to deliver results on time and with excellence.
• Experience effectively collaborating with fragrance houses.
• Excellent leadership skills, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Some travel required.

Salary Range

$80,000—$90,000 USD
