About the Business Unit: M3 MI

M3 MI serves the consumer and professional health market with industry-leading syndicated survey data and insights. We cover patient and HCP attitudes, behaviors, media consumption, and HCP advertising intelligence to help clients understand their customers and make informed marketing decisions. Our clients include pharma, medical device, and hospital advertisers, their ad agencies, and the digital and traditional media channels they work with. We support clients in marketing, advertising creative, strategy, media planning, media research, sales, and other roles that rely on M3 MI data.

Job Description

This is a highly visible, client-facing position focused on training, support, and retention. You will work closely with sales, client service, research, and product teams to ensure clients maximize their M3 MI subscriptions. Acting as both a trusted advisor and product expert, you will help clients translate data into meaningful, actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging client training sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support.
  • Partner with clients during renewal cycles to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Respond to client requests and troubleshoot data, platform, and reporting questions.
  • Support onboarding and business development with data requests and new client setup.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing training role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or market research is a plus.

A Strong Plus

  • Experience in media planning and familiarity with industry tools such as Telmar, Nielsen Clear Decisions, or MediaRadar.
