Position Overview

We are looking for Construction Industry professionals passionate about driving digital transformation. Coming from the AEC industry or having worked in AEC tech, you will utilize your expertise to solve customer challenges and engineer value through the adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Customer Success, you will lead technical engagements with major AECO organizations in EMEA. You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver standardized and custom offerings, conduct health checks, develop custom workflows, provide training, and create dashboards, reports, and integrations to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build a "trusted advisor" relationship and support customers in their digital transformation journey.
  • Develop processes and workflows that allow organizations to adopt and unlock value in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Align with best practices for digital transformation change management, empowering customers to implement process and workflow changes.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement deliverables within the Customer Success Plan, addressing customer requirements and documenting value delivered.
  • Influence the Product Roadmap by demonstrating business impact and working closely with relevant parties to prioritize requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry technologies, trends, and challenges to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of ACC.
  • Act as an expert on all possibilities (and limitations) of the Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (Forma), challenging customer status quo and demonstrating value through technical analysis and demos.
  • Share best practices, competitive information, innovations, success stories, and lessons learned with the team.
  • Use social media networks and public forums to build personal and Autodesk brand, establish credibility, and promote solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry is mandatory.
  • Experience leading/managing successful technology change management projects, implementation, and programs.
  • Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding.
  • Passion for advancing the construction industry.
  • This is a remote position, but visiting customers onsite and in the office will be required.

  • Possesses a curious nature to uncover and understand customer challenges, industry trends, and required workflows when adopting new technology, and can recommend best practices to increase and realize return on investment.
  • Has the confidence to understand customer business use cases to provide product feedback and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Is excited by technology and eager to get into product detail.
